As of 1st April 2008 Miskin Manor Hotel's restaurant - "The Mesigyn" - has been recognised by the AA with a second Rosette.
Here at Miskin we are very proud of this achievement and would like to thank all our staff and especially the team in the kitchen headed by our Executive Head Chef, Mr Mark Beck.
As well as the delicious food, the inspector was very complimentary about our comprehensive variety of choices on our wine list and restauarant menu's.
Congratulations to all the team for their hard work.
