 Please be advised that we do not have a lift due to the Hotel being Grade II listed. If you require a ground floor room ensure that you request this when booking. Subject to availability.
Disabled Facilities are available within the hotel but are subject to availability.

Deposit and Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is required when making a booking , Unconfirmed bookings are held for five days but cannot be guaranteed after this period has expired .We reserve the right to charge the full tariff for any rooms cancelled after 6,00pm the previous day and for all non-arrivals.

Miskin Manor hotel offers a discount of up to 15% off rack rate for those that book and pay in advance.

Arrivals and Departures
Rooms are available from 2pm. on the day of arrival. Early Check is available if requested in advance a small charge will be made. This is subject to availability.
Rooms need to be vacated by 11am. Please advise Reception if you require a late check out a small charge will be made.
lf you are arriving after 6pm please inform Reception.
For any arrivals after 1 1pm. the Night Porter will be advised and will be able to book you into the hotel.
On arrival please make yourself aware of all fire escape routes and the assembly point for the hotel.
Payment:
The account is due for settlement on departure. All major credit cards are accepted. Personal Cheques will be accepted if accompanied by a valid guarantee card.
Useful Information:
Cot Hire (linen included) - £10.00 per day
Z-Bed (linen included) - £20.00 per day
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served 7.00am – 9.30am weekdays
and 8.00am – 10 am on Saturday and Sunday.
Newspapers:
Newspapers can be ordered from reception on arrival and are placed outside your bedroom door between 7.00am and 8.15am. Chargeable.
Parking:
We have free car parking spaces at the front of the hotel and at the rear for over 200+ cars.
Dogs:
Dogs are permitted in The Cottage Rooms of the Hotel, but this is subject to availability. Please ensure that you advise when booking of your requirements,. There is a charge with the exception of guide dogs.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel and only in designated areas.
Children Sharing a Room:
Children twelve years and under sharing a room with two adults will be charged half the B & B tariff.
Flowers and Champagne:
For that extra welcome and final touch, we can provide an arrangement of fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne on ice in your room, to relax and greet you on arrival.
