Miskin Manor Health Club is located on the grounds of the hotel just off Junction 34 of the M4 and is easily accessible from Cardiff, the Vale, Bridgend and the Valleys.
Our health and fitness suite has undergone an extensive refurbishment, offering state-of-the-art gym equipment. Our facilities are available for residents and members including an indoor swimming area, sauna and steam room. Miskin Manor Health Club also has an on-site Bistro Café that offers freshly brewed hot drinks and refreshing cold drinks, along with delicious snacks, healthy light lunches and free WIFI.

The 'No 12 Month Contract' offer expires on 31st December 2016. In the event of Health Club Guest Pass promotional giveaways, there is a strict policy of one complimentary visit per person within a 12 month period. To redeem the pass the information must be completed in full and handed to a member of the Health Club team. The pass is redeemable once and has no cash value. The pass provides guests with full use of the Health Club facilities (excluding classes) throughout their visit.
