We can offer a choice of 3 rooms for your wedding reception depending on the number of guests.
Firstly we have the mediaval Glyndwr Suite incorporating the Minstrel Hall with their high beamed ceilings, large fireplace and, of course, the Minstrel Gallery.
This very versatile suite is suitable for ceremonies up to 120 guests, a wedding breakfast from 40 - 90 guests, and an evening party for a maximum of 170 guests.
For a wedding reception for 80-120 guests with an evening reception for up to 150 we offer The Terrace Suite. Opening out onto the patio and lawns surrounding the Manor, the Terrace Suite is a perfect venue for the larger wedding.
For the smaller, intimate wedding of up to 30 guests, we recommend the Garden Room.
This is a lovely wood-panelled room with a large bay window overlooking the gardens.
The Garden Room is unsuitable for an evening party and should be vacated by 6.00p.m
Please note that the hotel is licensed until midnight for evening functions. Last orders will be called at 11.30p.m. with the bar closing at 11.45p.m.
All entertainment must end at 12..00 midnight.
Sundays and Bank Holidays are the exceptions, with the bar closing at 10.30p.m. and entertainment ending at 11.00p.m.
Please note that our public rooms are strictly non-smoking.
We will eneavour to keep the prices as stated throughout each year, but we cannot guarantee this.
Please note we do not offer a corkage facility, nor do we allow miniature bottles of spirits to be used as favours.
Complimentary accommodtaion in one of our beautiful double rooms is reserved for the Bride and Groom on weddings with over 40 guests. Should you wish, you may upgrade the accommodation to one of our Four Poster rooms, for which there is a £75.00 charge.
We offer special rates for your family and friends who wish to stay overnight. Please note that these reduced rates apply only to the wedding night.
Full cooked breakfast, use of the leisure facilities, free car parking and VAT @ 17.5% are included in all room rates. All accommodation is subject to availability.
