Please note that all prices are valid from 1st January 2006 to 31st December 2006.
We will endeavour to keep the prices as stated throughout each year, but we cannot guarantee this.
- All Charges are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Should the % of VAT change, our prices will be amended accordingly.
- Confirmation of Booking must be made in writing within 14 days of original reservation together with a non refundable deposit of £500.00.
- Cheques should be made payable to Miskin Manor Hotel.
- As confirmation of your booking for a function / wedding a complete set of Terms and Conditions will be provided for you to sign in acknowledgement of the booking.
- We reserve the right to release any reservation without prior notice, should the above points not be complied with.
- Final numbers should be advised no later than 14 days prior to the wedding, when full payment is required. No changes to any arrangements can be accepted after this date.
- A complimentary Double Bedroom will be reserved for the Bride and Groom for a Wedding over 40 guests. Should you wish, you may upgrade the accommodation to one of our Four Poster bedrooms, for which there is a £75 charge.
A complimentary Four Poster Room is included with the 'Lord of the Manor' Wedding breakfast option.
- The special rate for your family and friends for standard rooms are priced at £95.00 Single and £110.00 Twin / Double. These rates do not apply to Executive, Four Poster or Family rooms.
- There are minimum numbers of 70 in the Glyndwr & 100 in the Terrace during the months of May/June/July/August/Sept/Dec on Friday/Saturday and Sundays.
- We do hold more than one wedding per day, therefore arrival times are important.

Wedding Ceremony held elsewhere:-
Arrival @ 12 noon - Will be sat for Wedding Breakfast at 2.00 pm
Arrival @ 3 pm - Will be sat for Wedding Breakfast at 5.00 pm
Wedding Ceremony at Miskin Manor the timing allowing 2.5 hrs are as follows:-
Ceremony @ 11.30 am - Will be sat for Wedding Breakfast at 2.00 pm
Ceremony @ 3.00 pm - Will be sat for Wedding Breakfast at 5.30 pm
- A Drinks Package must be selected for all adult guests attending the Wedding.
- No wines, spirits or beer may be brought into the hotel, nor do we allow corkage or miniature bottle of spirits to be used as favours.
- The Wedding Breakfast is a set package and you must choose the same Starter/Main Course & Dessert for each guest. The only exception being Vegetarians and Guests with special dietary requirements.
- A children's menu choice is available from 2 - 10 yrs. Children over 10 yrs will be charged at adult price.
- It is a condition of booking that, if an evening party is being held, a buffet must be ordered for the total number of guests attending the Evening Reception.
- Our function rooms are licensed until midnight, with the bar closing at 11.30pm except on Sundays or Bank Holidays, when the bar closes at 10.30pm and the entertainment ends at 11.00pm, unless by prior arrangement.
- Bio-degradable confetti is allowed only on the lawns.
- If there is no evening function the room must be vacated by 6.30pm.
- Children attending the Wedding must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
- The cost of any damage or loss to the Property and Grounds will be charged to the client.
- We strongly advise that you take our Insurance to cover cancellation, theft, damage or injury during or leading up to your wedding day.
- Please note that it is the reponsibility of the Best Man to ensure that all cards and gifts are collected at the end of the day and stored in a safe place.
- Any guests attending the Wedding who behave in an unreasonable manner or are disruptive to the staff or other guests will be asked to leave the premises.
- The Terrace Suite, Minstrel Hall, Glyndwr Room and Drawing Room are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the Holly Bar and the Chestnut Bar.
