Miskin Manor has launched its own outsourced staffing scheme in order to alleviate pressure from employers in the hospitality sector; whilst offering consistent work to employees.
The iconic Welsh hotel, based on the cusp of Rhondda Cynon Taf near Miskin village, has begun work to set up Miskin Manor Agency. The scheme will help workers in the hospitality sector a contstant source of work whilst offering employers the flexibility of an outsourced staffing solution. The family-run four star hotel hopes that this will aid the employment problems that are facing people and businesses in South Wales.
