How Much Deposit Do I Pay?We ask for a £1,000 Deposit that is non Refundable. This payment is deducted off your final balance. If I need to Change My Wedding Date can I transfer this Deposit?Yes we can Transfer the Date but this is subject to availability and Management Approval and will carry a charge of £250.00. How Many Weddings do you have each Day?In the past we have taken 2 Weddings Per Day, but this has caused some distress to other Brides... We have made a Management Decision that we will only take ONE WEDDING per day. However, we are able to take other Function Business and Hotel & Restaurant Bookings. Can I have an Exclusive Wedding?Yes you can, but there are certain conditions and cost associated with this. Please see the exclusive wedding section. Can we bring our own Drink?We occasionally allow wines/champagnes to be brought in but there is a corkage charge. Other Beers etc would be by Special Management Agreement. No Other Alcohol may be brought onto the premises as this effects our licensing Laws. Can we have an extension on the Bar Times?This can be arranged at a cost of £250.00 & Management Approval (subject to times and dates & other hotel business). Can we bring our Dog?It is your Day and our animals are a big part of the family. Can we have Fireworks?Yes you can, but they need to be low level noise and no later than 9.30pm. We recommend you use one of the Companies we advise as they are familiar with the site. Fireworks with noise on any other night other than 5th November can result in a £20k fine from RCT due to the potential impact this can have on our local animals ie Family pets, Farm Animals & Horses. Can we have Our Own Menu Choices?If there is a particular menu that you would like for your Special Day then please discuss this with our Wedding Coordinator and we can look at costs.
